Home and place of business of male [[aasimar]] giant eagle breeder and trainer Zim Grumar, in [[Daflos]].

He rents out his eagles, including the mated pair Luo and Lema, primarily for transport purposes, and is aided by his young daughter Sahlee. He is a widower. 

The building is three stories of living space with the eagle's cage on top.
