Today on a ridge above [[Thoiles Town]], this crumbled walled keep was the first structure that the dwarves of what became [[Thoiles]] built above ground, as military outpost. It later served as administrative buildings for the burgeoning town, but was destroyed and abandoned when a pirate fleet attacked the city (the fleet was destroyed itself when the dwarves from under the mountain emerged), and not rebuilt when the Town was.

Technically off limits, many would-be adventurers sneak in anyway to explore its underground recesses.
