The surface, open, Bay-facing part of Thoiles. While controlled by a council of dwarven merchants ultimately beholden to the King of Thoiles, the Town is an open and cosmopolitan place full of shops, markets, bazaars, inns, and taverns. It has a permanent population of about 5,000.
Interesting locations in Thoiles Town include the Ruins of Berdo Keep, The Black Hammer, Shrine Row, Oviadgen's Ointments, The Handsome Fish, Gor's House of Games, and Syndecol Industries Store 097
The law enforcement is strict, but there is also a thriving black market. Many merchant vessels call its docks home. Thoiles Town is all most non-dwarves see of Thoiles.
Access to the mountain stronghold main city is through the heavily secured Gate of Taanhauser. The current King's Overseer of the Town, the head of its council, is Hemarga Sebolta.
