Located on a large, sailless, permanently anchored boat in Liparo's harbor, this shrine to Raketra is attended by several priests and sees to the healing and spiritual needs of town's people and passing sailors. The worship of Raketra is the official religion of the Ketten Islands.
The shrine consists of a Main Chapel with two rows of pews, an altar, and a magically moving image of the Lady of Changes on the second deck, the priest's quarters, prayer and meditation rooms, a kitchen, storage rooms, a scroll and scripture room, a healing ward, a dining hall, a library, and an armory.
Mylani Cuturo and Clisteme Bortus serve at the Shrine.
