An Elder Evil also known as The Violet Flame. Alone among them, it is interested in the development of life, or rather the development of the destruction of life. It is frequently worshipped by aboleth, and inspires many mortals to destruction and ruin.
When it wishes to contact someone, it appears in dreams as either a seductive member of their race or a pillar of brilliant, purple-hued flame, concealing a core impossible to gaze upon and remain sane.
It is believed that several underwater temples of Y'chak exist on Jesenreth (Planet).
