A nation of wandering tribes in a tropical jungle. Home to more than 20,000 tortles. Ruled by The Council of Eight. The only place on the island resembling a settlement is its trading port, Freenma City, which, despite the name, is only a wooden platform extending into the sea, with docks, an office, a tavern (The Half Shell), and two warehouses. From the city wide ladders lead up the shell of Freenma to the jungle.
