A mysterious humanoid of unknown origin, possibly demonic, who apparently commanded a cult of demon-worshipers which owned and dwelled underneath The Lower Deck. He appears as a 9ft. tall goat man who fights with balls of flame and a huge, wickedly sharp great axe.
He was defeated by The Legion of Llandos but escaped by somehow moving his whole dungeon.
