Proprietor of Fembel's Fine Goods. A tall, fat dwarf male with extravagant facial hair and very rich and colorful tastes in clothing and jewelry. A born salesman, deal maker, and fast talker, rumored to have dealings with Evensell's criminal underworld. Never married, but has a rotating stable of boyfriends.
