Robart Humpledink

Male human merchant of Weshea who specializes in magical components, equipment, and, allegedly, magic items. Though outwardly upstanding and law-abiding, he has a reputation for shadiness and selling to anyone who has the money, regardless of their intentions.

He is middle-aged, heavy set, and balding, with tan skin, blue eyes, and gray-brown hair. Unlike many wealthy merchants, he does not dress ostentatiously, preferring plain brown robes. He is never marries, has no children, and lives in an apartment above his shop.
