The governing body of the Genasi and Aasimar Confederation, consisting of councilors elected by the nobles of the city states and by the citizens of the smaller communities, all councilors being equal. The Council then chooses a Bright Lord or Lady to be the chief executive of the Confederation. The current Bright Lord is Zyrwin Edalgel.
The Council meets in the High Council Palace.
