Home to many merchants, bars, inns, and a shipyard, it markets itself to spelljammers as "The Doorway to Jesenreth (Planet)," and, despite its distance from the same, is usually a ship's first stop in the system. The city has a permanent population of about 3000, but easily double that many people are present at any time. The ruler of Ahterfavia is Sarrey Archell.
Interesting locations on Ahterfavia include Tali's Arsenal, The Pool of Radiance, and The Starry Mug. The city is also infamous for being the home of Ludovico Skrag.
