A farming hamlet of about 100 inhabitants in the central Confederation of Uth, notable only for the strange, glittering purple color of its soil, which, when very dry, has a tendency to float (though not very high). This presumably magical effect has been studied for centuries, but no cause has ever been agreed upon. In every other respect it is normal soil, at least as far as has yet been discovered (some speculate it has a powers as yet unknown).
The only notable inhabitant of Foalwanke is Falar Hakhil. The only tavern is The Puzzled Tankard.
