Walled town of the Confederation of Uth in the northwest, on the Erkath, which flows through town, of about 2000 inhabitants. The town is known for its several whisky distilleries. It is governed by a council of elders, led by Piersym Nere. The Town Guard of six officers is lead by Rine Steray.
The pine woods north of town are known to be home to dangerous packs of wolves, lead by dire wolves.
Places of interest in Fenarrio include a tall black obelisk of rune-carved stone in the town center, placed to honor a local hero named Werhard, Amel's Pottery, The Potion Chest, and The Gray Mug.
Outside of town to the east, in rough terrain that was formerly rich farmland, lies the ruins of the castle of a defunct noble family called the Dalgreds. Local legends hold that the family was destroyed 100 years ago when Lord Maxin Dalgred was revealed to be a necromancer. Local adventurer E'bah Zivreth claims to know the secrets of the ruins, but can find no one brave enough to explore them with him.
