Plane of Elemental Earth
Plane of Elemental Fire
Plane of Elemental Water
Plane of Elemental Air
Negative Energy Plane
Positive Energy Plane
There are also a number of minor inner planes at the intersections of the above, such as the Quasi-Elemental Plane of Salt.
