A book vault containing over 100,000 volumes, privately owned but allowing credentialed scholars to use and occasionally borrow books, for a fee. The owner of the Library is Rondo Sondey. Working here is The Librarian.
In addition to mundane books, the Library has a collection of magical tomes, including, rumors hold, a Book of Vile Darkness, kept under extreme security and behind magical barriers, held there since it was taken from a cult who almost destroyed the city with its dark magic.
