Walled coastal city of 3000 inhabitants facing a bay on the northwestern coast of Perialla. Its royal mayor is Aswin Kerralos.

Many merchant ships dock at the Caleah Docks, which are said to be a hotbed for smuggling, especially in the aptly named Rogue's Wharf neighborhood.
