Velltro
Think medieval Italy. A country of a few million, ruled by a king named Jacapo Gilani (CN level 2 fighter), who is young and has a reputation as a ladies’ man, debauchee, and wasteful spender of his nation's wealth. His chief adviser, a wizard (level 9 LE) known as Zellastro, is eagerly seeking a way to depose him and take over as Regent.
