Elderly male tortle innkeeper and owner of Old Blueshell's Inn and Tavern. The nickname comes from the flecks of blue in his otherwise grey-green shell. Long ago in his youth he was a well-known bard, and still plays his lute now and again to entertain guests. He runs the inn with his sons and daughters.
