Any of the ancient artefacts invented by the wizards of Alech'nor around AR 1000 as a backup to the dragon barrier. These crystalline spheres each trap dragons of a different type: white, black, green, blue, and red. There is also the Master Orb, said to be powerful enough to contain even Tiamat[1] herself.
These orbs were long lost, until the Heroes began to recover them to aid them in their quest to defeat Lord Xy and his dragon armies.
