Male human merchant and mayor, elected by Flui Drary's Council of Merchants and its representative to the Confederation Congress. In his mid-50s, he is of medium height, stocky, pale skinned with a square face and short black hair. Married to his husband Holvin, they have 3 children. The mayor is known as a just and fair leader, and has been mayor for nearly 10 years. He fiercely opposes secession. His husband and children run his business, which is stonemasonry.
