The second-most populous island of the Kettens, home to and named after its capital Sablos, and known as the first island that humans settled on when they colonized the islands. A well-known town on this island is Liparo.

Much of Sablos Island is hilly, rocky, and forested, drained by a river called the Halia, which flows through Kyrion Forest. North of the river's delta is Numia, and facing the island's southern bay is Xios. On the west side of the isle the Ketten Royal Navy has a base called Port Tellio. The base, and the island more generally, is defended by a line of barrier islands upon which there are heavy cannon emplacements.

A broad range of low, old mountains called the Myrmrion Peaks curves down the island, being the source of the river. The most common crops grown on the island are barley, wheat, and wine grapes.
