The highest level of Laws for the Ketten Islands, set by King and enforced by royal power. They set forth the rights and powers of the king, the rights and responsibilities of citizens, what things are forbidden by law, and What punishments are levied for breaking those laws. Local jurisdictions in the towns and cities may, with royal consent, add to these laws, but may never subtract from them. These laws hold anywhere in the Islands.
