Largest of the central Ketten Islands, on Raisa. Home to 5000 inhabitants, it is a rich and thriving city that features an academy of magic and a school of shipbuilding, as well as many famous inns and taverns. At the center of the city square stands a statue of obsidian, placed to honor Lord Besipho, founder of the city.
