Official law enforcement agency of Caleah.
Consisting of Watch Commander [[. ]] and a full-time force of 10 officers and up to 30 reservists, the Watch is widely rumored to be riddled with corruption, even to the point of being an extension of the Black Wings, which Watch spokespersons and city government officials hotly deny, of course.
The Watch operates out of a main Watch Tower and two smaller towers on opposite sides of the city.
