Cult, lead by Lord Xy, which teaches that all beings have The Dragon within, and should use their Dragon Power to achieve Success in Life. Many members are dragonborn[1], but it appeals to all races and classes, especially the poor and downtrodden. Slowly took over Telleconia with popular support. Then came the actual dragons, hundreds of them.
