Commanding Officer of the Ketten Royal Navy, answerable only to the King and Queen. Tall and lean, 70 years old, with a lined, weather-beaten, deeply tanned face and snow-white hair with light blue eyes. Greatly respected by his sailors, he was scheduled to retire in CY 1120, but did not.
