Loust

Island of the central Ketten Islands, a rocky, uninhabited wilderness said to contain several pirate hideouts among its many deep coves and towering cliffs. The Ketten Royal Navy keeps a close watch on it, but rumors of pirate activity persist.

Near the center of the island lie the ruins of Balmorei Dungeon, where the royal family and aristocrats used to house those they wished to get rid of but could not kill, such as disgraced family members. Two hundred years ago it was destroyed when a powerful wizard broke his lover out, and the prisoners either escaped or were moved elsewhere.
