Section of Dref Dral which stands at the bottom of the Cliffs of Dakaine and contains the ocean-going vessel docks of the city. The Lifts, a set of eight massive mechanical and magical elevators, take people and things up to the city.
In the Lower City is a cheap inn call The Bedknob, where a night's stay costs one sp and serves complementary breakfast to guests.
