Gretell

Hill Dwarven stronghold built into the granite hills on the eastern side of the Bay of Scura. A port city, it makes its living on trade, iron and diamond mining, and manufacturing the finest navigational tools. Ruled by Queen Thossa, the city has a heated rivalry with the dwarven city state of Greta, which sets across the Bay of Scura. The cities were once joined in a league, but betrayal and murder among its nobles drove them apart about a thousand years ago. They have never been to war with one another, but each actively tries to undercut the trade and reputation of the other, and true war is always a threat.

Gretell is the birthplace of Kildina Ketragduum.
