Hrer Malstaf

Malstaf is middle-aged and overweight, with long blonde hair and amber eyes. He wears white robes with a high collar and many rings. His is divorced from a husband who was an adventurer. Known as a gentle and generous soul, he frequently helps those of the Ploi Drajit for no pay, when he can, and is oft consulted by city government.
