Male earth elemental chief law enforcement authority of Liparo. He is short and heavy, with dark brown skin and red eyes. Appointed by the town council, he is believed to be a good and honest official, and is assisted by a rotating cast of 4-5 guardspersons. Hodbar, who has never revealed his first name, is headquartered to the town's underground dungeon.
