Keshahsa

Think medieval Greece and Turkey. A warm, humid land of a less than two million. Often torn by political strife between different noble families. The current ruler of Keshahsa is King Afrasi (level 7 LN fighter), who won the position just last year by triumphing over a rival claimant in a trial by combat. The country has a unusually large population of half-orcs, and some noble families are said to have a bit of Orc ancestry (or a lot). Because of the influence of the Dead Sea, on which no magic can function, magic is somewhat weak in and arcane casters are rare in Keshahsa (this for some reason does not affect any other nation that touches the Sea, leading scholars to speculate that whatever killed magic on the Sea came from Keshahsa).
