City of Sablos Island with about 12,000 inhabitants. Unusually, Numia does not have a King's Mayor, instead it is the historical possession of the family of, and currently ruled by, Duke Wenlyr Miclea.
Interesting locations in Numia include the House of Stars, Myros's Market, and The Stormspire, and The Wise Mosquito.
