Kuo-toa

Also known as gogglers and fishfolk, kuo-toa are fish-like humanoid, warm-blooded and amphibious who dwell beneath the sea and in the Underdark. They are less-intelligent distant cousins of sahuagin, who often enslave them. Kuo-toa have humanoid bodies and fish-like heads.
