Lady of Pain

An entity of god-like power which rules Sigil, who, in her rare appearances, manifests as a tall, thin, humanoid female with coldly beautiful features, wearing long robes and a halo of long, wicked blades. She floats above the ground and never speaks. By will alone she can banish anyone who defies her will to her prisons deep underneath Sigil, from which they never return.
