Houlerc

Capital city of Qhooqiad, carved into and built upon the upper trunk of its largest Great Trees, also called Houlerc. The city's population is about 10,000, and features The Palace of Winds, a cathedral of Hephemia, and the former home and workshop of Sulir the Alchemist, now owned by the kingdom and kept off limits.
There is a tavern and inn, catering to off-worlders, known as The Perch.
