Walled coastal city of 3000 inhabitants facing a bay on the northwestern coast of Perialla. Its royal mayor is Aswin Kerralos.
The city has a well-earned reputation for crime and corruption, such that many citizens fear to leave their homes or trust city government.
Located in town is a tavern called The Demon and Boar, an inn called the Old Wall, built into a surviving section of the city's former wall, and a cheaper inn and tavern called The Black Goblet.
A powerful thieves guild called the Black Wings is said to plague the city, and to even control the Mayor's office.
Law is enforced in the city, nominally, by the Caleah City Watch.
