Oriaphia

Also known as The Shining City, the capital and largest city of Zebovia, with over 30,000 inhabitants. It's second name comes from its towering spires infused with opal.

A bustling and diverse city, the most populous settlement on the island, Oriaphia was founded by the colonists from Kaivo and since then has been the center of culture and power on the island. On high ground overlooking the Bay of Haseen, it has a sprawling Port District and many neighborhoods of narrow streets and tall buildings. At it's center is the Royal Palace complex, and to it's north are the affuluent neighborhoods of the noble and wealthy, with the poorer areas on the Southside.

In the western and eastern segments of the city lie artisan shops, warehouses, teeming neighborhoods, and ethnic enclaves. Around city is a high and well-defend wall, and around that many miles of farms, ranches, orchards, and smaller towns.
