Evensell
Largest city of the Confederation of Uth and the seat of its Congress and headquarters of its military. Located in the center of the plains, the city has 30,000 inhabitants.

The Crossed Blades
A large stone and wood tavern, said to be built on the site of a former to-the-death fighting arena, it stages carefully-regulated, not to-the-death combats for the amusement (and betting) of it patrons in its central pit. The owner and head barkeep is Larwen Hestell. In the Archsword Ward.
Sarim's Studio
A single story wood building with large windows, studio of aasimar painter Sarim Mellei. She is known for imbuing her paintings with magic which makes the image move and even talk. These paintings command very high prices. In the Scholar's Borough.
Elyn's Tower
Home and workshop of illusionist wizard Elyn Hastur. A three-story stone building, it is known to appear in different parts of the city and be much larger on the inside. Usually in the Unicorn's Ward.
Fembel's Fine Goods
A large, two-story wood building, place of business of Fembel Warrock, a dwarven merchant whose shop sells everything, from food to farm equipment to explorers' tools. In the Coin District.
Syndecol Industries Store 011
Long metal building that houses the local store of Syndecol Industries, which sells versions of the same goods as surrounding merchants, usually at lower prices than they can.
Cathedral of Hephemia
Huge, ornately decorated, soaring, airy building of white marble, with round windows and flying buttresses, the main church of the goddess of knowledge, language, and light in the Confederation. The Head Priest is Vergen Dalbor, assisted by many priests and clerics, who are well-known for running charities for the poor and orphanages. The church holds services every morning and noon. In the Servant's District.
Birdsong Alley
An alley between buildings, a butcher's shop and a bookbindery. Though no birds are ever seen, it is usually filled with beautiful birdsong, and not even the best scholars and sages can say why. In the Lion's Village.
The Broken Spear
A middle-quality inn, most known for an enchantment on its walls which prevents conversations inside its rooms from being overheard, even by magic. The innkeeper is retired wizard adventurer Horgin Bekbal. In Heath Borough.
Congress Hall
Long, tall, wood and stone building, meeting place of the Confederation Congress. Containing the Meeting Chamber and many offices, the building sets on a large, gardened estate behind a guarded wall. In the Greater Greatpool District.
City Watch Headquarters and Confederation Central Court Building
Massive three-story stone building behind a tall iron fence. The Evensell City Watch operates from here, and the Central Court tries its cases here. In Court Village.
Mayor's House
Large, two-story wood house, home and office of the city's Lord Mayor, Durrel Fondam.
The Wolves' Den
Large two story wood and stone building that serves as the headquarters of the The Wolves of Poheath. In the Archsword Ward.
