This large tome is bound in red leather and lined with emeralds. Attunement requires reading it, which takes 56 hours over at least 7 days. Once attuned, a creature has proficiency with all Intelligence skills, and expertise in any it was already proficient in. Also, it learns any 3 languages.
Curse: Attunement to this item gives the creature a curse: all questions it asks will be perceived as mocking or sarcastic. Curse may be removed by Remove Curse or similar magic. This also breaks the attunement.
