Anarel Thyphisto

Wealthy male human textile merchant and head of Liparo's council. He in his late 40s, with an angular face, long blonde hair, and hazel eyes. He wears expensive silk garments, many heavy rings, a wide-brimmed hat, and carries a metal staff. Thyphisto is probably the richest person in town, with a reputation for being merciless and abusive, not that anyone would dare say that to his face. He lives in a large house on the western edge of town, near his business offices and warehouses. He owns a small sailing ship called The Reckoner, and has never been married.
