Male earth Genasi chief law enforcement authority of Liparo. He is short, muscular, and heavy, bald, with dark brown skin and red eyes. Appointed by the town council, he is believed to be a good and honest official, and is assisted by a rotating cast of 4-5 guardspersons. Hodbar, who has never revealed his first name, is headquartered in the town's underground dungeon.
