A colossal edifice of white and red stone, soaring four stories into the sky, with multiple wings and branches, over a dozen towers, flying buttresses, vaulted stained glass windows, and hundreds of external statues of celestial beings made from elemental matter, with an interior equally resplendent. It is widely considered to be the most beautiful building on Jesenreth. For all of its glory, it is a working office building, meeting place of the High Council and home to the Confederation's government offices.
