Male human noble and King's Minister of Finances to King Oriel of the Ketten Islands. His ministry is in charge of the economy, trade, merchant law and regulations, as well as guilds. He runs the Royal Treasury and administers the King's tax collectors.
He is thin and wiry, with a pinched face, long nose, stubbled chin, heavy eyebrows, dark hair, tan skin, and tall ears suggestive of elven ancestry.
