Ziggurat capital city of the Yuan-ti nation, the Yar Kanti Islands, with 30,000 inhabitants. Most non-Yuan-ti are forbidden from visiting here (or anywhere in the Yar Kantis), but exceptions are made for some merchants, scholars, and diplomats.
