Male human noble and Lord Mayor of Gundumunz. In his late 60s, he is fair-skinned, lean, well-built, white-haired, and has a bushy moustache. An adventurer in his youth, he has won the city's once-a-decade election for Lord Mayor (only nobles may run) three times in a row. He is married and has three adult sons. Cote is known for throwing lavish parties that tax the city's coffers, but stays popular due to his equally free spending on festivals and giveaways.
