Walled town of the Confederation of Uth in the northwest, on the Erkath, of about 2000 inhabitants. The town is known for its several whisky distilleries. It is governed by a council of elders, led by Piersym Nere. The Town Guard of six officers is lead by Rine Steray.
Places of interest in Fenarrio include a tall black obelisk of rune-carved stone in the town center, placed to honor a local hero named Werhard, Amel's Pottery, and The Gray Mug.
