Female human former adventurer and Captain of the Fenarrio Town Guard. Steray has white hair and light hazel eyes. She always wears chain mail and carries a two-handed sword. Rine has a reputation for being violent and abrasive, and is unpopular among the town's citizens. The council, however, refuses to replace her.
