Bustling river commerce and agricultural city at confluence of the Erkath and its southern tributary the Danipr, of 20000 inhabitants. The Mayor is Rewil Hidarl. It is well known that certain merchants and nobles (principally House Cherny of the city strongly desire that it secede from the Confederation and become an independent city state (naturally with them in charge), but the majority of citizens oppose this.
