Male kobold merchant of Chumash and the head, because he is the richest, of its ruling Merchant Lords. Aged, obese, brown-skinned, and missing his right eye, Poc is known for his elaborate oufits, the chain-smoking of horrible-smelling cigars, deep corruption, and casual cruelty.
In CY 1223, Poc was slain by unknown assailants in his bedroom, initiating a fierce power struggle among the Lords.
